HOW TO ENTER

No purchase necessary.  Anyone 18 years or older may  participate. From August 31, 2007 until the final L.A. Avengers home game  (“Contest Period”), submit your information online here to enter a random drawing where eight (8)  winners will be chosen and will receive a VIP Avenger Fan Experience (“VIP  Avenger Fan Experience”).  The VIP  Avenger Fan Experience includes  four (4) VIP tickets to a 2008 Avengers game, four (4) postgame field passes,  Avenger merchandise and the opportunity to win a 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution*  during the game through an on-field contest.   Eight (8) home games  are scheduled during the Contest Period, which will be determined when the  L.A. Avengers’ schedule is released in November.  Each game drawing will  be held three (3) days prior to the scheduled game.  Entries must be  received by 5:00 PM PST one (1) day prior to the drawing.  Limit: one (1) entry  per person.  All duplicate entries will be disqualified.  Only one  (1) VIP Avenger Fan Experience will be awarded per winner per Contest Period.   Entries not selected as winners will be carried forward to future drawings.

RANDOM DRAWING

Three (3) days prior to the scheduled home game, the L.A.  Avengers Executive Vice President and three (3) witnesses will randomly  select one (1) winner (“Winner”).  The Winner will be contacted via  phone and/or email and given 24 hours to respond if they would like to  redeem the VIP Avenger Fan Experience and participate in the on-field contest  for the opportunity to win a 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution*.  If the Winner  does not respond within the 24-hour time period, or elects not to participate  in the VIP Avenger Fan Experience, an additional  Winner will be selected  until a Winner is confirmed.  The decisions of the L.A. Avengers  Executive Vice President are final and binding in all respects.

ON-FIELD GAME CONTEST

During a timeout on game day, the Winner (“Game Contestant”)  will be introduced and will be brought down  to the field to attempt the  on-field contest.  The on-field contest will be determined and posted in  the rules in January 2008.  If the Game  Contestant is successful in  winning the on-field contest in one (1) attempt, the  Winner will receive  a 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution.  If the Game Contestant fails to complete the  on-field contest in one (1) attempt, he/she will win a L.A.  Avengers prize package consisting of  an official L.A. Avengers T-Shirt and two (2) tickets to an upcoming L.A. Avengers  home game.

GRAND PRIZE

A 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution will be awarded to the  Winner.  Up to eight (8) VIP Avenger Fan Experiences may be awarded during  the Contest Period, depending on whether or not the Game Contestant for  each game is successful in the on-field contest in one (1) attempt.
