Paying Your Account
The Los Angeles Avengers accept all forms of payment, including Discover Card, the Official Credit Card of the AFL.  Please include your Avengers account number on all checks.  Faxed credit card payments with authorized signatures will be accepted at 310-882-4639.  Accounts must be paid in full before any tickets will be distributed.

Refunds
All payments and deposits that are made to the Los Angeles Avengers are non-refundable.  Season seat deposits are transferable to different season seat locations or individual game tickets.

Unpaid Season Seat Accounts
Season seat accounts that are unpaid at kickoff of the first game of the season will have their seats dropped.  Any payment made toward these seats is not eligible for a refund.  All payments previously made will become transferable toward individual game tickets for that season. 

Child Ticket Policy
Children who have celebrated their second birthday are required to have a ticket to gain admittance to STAPLES Center.  Children under two (2) years of age are not required to have a ticket provided they sit on an adult’s lap.

Season Seat Holder Redemption Program
Avenger season seat holders who are unable to attend a game may exchange the game tickets that they will not be able to use for additional tickets to another game.  Tickets for the redemption program must be received, no later than, forty-eight (48) hours prior to the game you can not attend.  All additional tickets will be e-mailed to you approximately forty-eight (48) hours prior to the game.

Lost Tickets
Season seat holders who misplace or lose their tickets are advised to use the online account manager, at www.laavengers.com/myaccount, to reprint replacement tickets for the game.  The original bar codes will be voided and the newly-printed tickets will be the only valid tickets for the game.  If tickets are forgotten, the STAPLES Center box office will reprint that night’s game tickets with the valid photo ID of the season seat holder of record.

Will Call Policies
The STAPLES Center Will Call windows open approximately two (2) hours prior to game time and will remain open until halftime.  To pick up tickets at Will Call, you must present photo identification.  Tickets will be released only to the person whose name appears on the envelope.  STAPLES Center does not accept third party will call, however, Avenger season seat holders may leave tickets at the STAPLES Center Will Call window.  The Avengers and STAPLES Center are happy to distribute these tickets but accept no responsibility for unclaimed tickets.
